    Maison Ruinart

On September 1st 1729, in Reims, at the heart of the Champagne region, Nicolas Ruinart drafted the founding charter of Maison Ruinart, creating the world's first ever champagne-producing company. This gave rise to an enterprise that continues to flourish and to prosper nearly three hundred years later. The intuition of his uncle, the monk who had first shown him the way, had thus inspired an initiative that was to make history.

    Tasting notes

    NOSE
    Vibrant, Rose Petals, Warm Spice

The initial aromas reveal a delightful dance between vibrant red fruits and delicate floral notes. Imagine the sweetness of ripe strawberries and raspberries intertwined with the elegance of rose petals and a touch of damask rose. As the champagne breathes, a hint of warm spice emerges, with subtle notes of tonka bean and nutmeg adding a touch of complexity.

    PALATE
    Fresh, Vibrant, Textured

A celebration of freshness and finesse. The first sip unveils a delightful balance between the vibrancy of red fruit and a refreshing acidity. Flavours of strawberry and raspberry mirror the nose, complemented by a hint of pomegranate that adds depth. The texture is beautifully balanced, offering a touch of creaminess alongside the lively effervescence.

    FINISH
    Elegant, Clean, Subtle Complexity

The finish of Ruinart Rosé is both elegant and persistent. The red fruit flavours linger on the palate, leaving a refreshing and clean aftertaste. A touch of minerality adds a subtle complexity, ensuring a truly memorable finish.
