Product Description:
A finely tuned Bourgogne Blanc shaped by precision and restraint. Sourced from parcels across Meursault, Puligny, Chassagne and Saint-Aubin, this regional cuvée shows the hallmarks of Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey’s style: purity, texture and mineral definition. The fruit, drawn from prime Côte de Beaune terroirs, gives a wine of surprising depth and character for its level.
Vinification is carried out in 350-litre barrels with a modest proportion of new oak, followed by a period in tank before bottling. The 2023 vintage carries a pale, chiselled profile, with fresh citrus and floral notes balanced by tension and clarity. Built with focus rather than weight, it will reward a few years’ cellaring before showing its full expression.

Reviews & Accolades
“Pale colour, clean and clear, fresh and chiselled, a lemony aspect, already a bit reductive. Good length, very much PYCM style.” – Jasper Morris MW, Inside Burgundy, 87–88, 2024
