Planted in ancient Cambrian soils at approximately 500 metres above sea level, these vineyards provide the ideal conditions for producing Riesling of precision and longevity.
Fermented entirely in stainless steel and bottled soon after vintage, the 2026 release preserves the variety's lifted aromatics and vibrant fruit profile. Pale lemon with green-gold hues, it opens with fragrant citrus blossom, Meyer lemon, lime zest, green apple and white peach. The palate layers fresh-cut lemon, yellow grapefruit and finger lime with subtle notes of chamomile and jasmine, all carried by crisp natural acidity through to a long, pure finish.
