    Crimson with purple hues. Vibrant notes of chocolate and raspberry, brown spice and hints of vanillin oak. Gemstone Organic Shiraz 2017 has a fantastic natural sweetness and fruit drive through the entire palate, with the chocolate and raspberry notes following through from the nose. This is a medium bodied wine, which shows richness without being overpowering. The back palate is textured and the layered tannins assist with the overall weight and integration. The Gemstone wines all have purity and brightness, which is a reflection of the vineyards. A simple winemaking approach was taken with the Shiraz.
