    The Petit-Chablis from Domaine Gerard Duplessis is not a small Chablis. Corresponding to the Hautes-Côtes de la Bourgogne around Beaune, this AOC comes from vines planted on the high, steep slopes of the two banks of the Serein, between 230 and 280 meters above sea level. A pale golden color, a bouquet of white flowers, citrus fruits and flint, a fresh and very dry wine that goes well as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to seafood or an andouillette. Our Petit-Chablis will probably not have time to age much in your cellar.

    Family-owned since 1895, Domaine Gerard Duplessis is one of the premier producers in the Chablis region. Lilian Duplessis, took over from his father in 1999, and now tends to the vines and converted various plots to organic farming
