The Château de Fuissé’s vineyards, located in southern Burgundy, cover more than 40 hectares (+100 acres) spanning five appellations, including Pouilly-Fuissé, Saint-Véran, Mâcon-Villages, Mâcon-Fuissé, Bourgogne-Blanc and Juliénas.
The respect for terroir, the vintage and the Chardonnay varietal are the three essentials of the Château de Fuissé wines. The vinification is adapted to the specifics of each parcel. Chateau de Fuisse Bourgogne Blanc 2020 vintage is an excellent example of a Bourgogne Chardonnay to be served as an appetiser drink with oysters, snails, quiches, or goat cheeses. A clean yellow colour in the glass with green reflections. Aromas of citrus fruits and white flowers across the nose. A fresh and round palate with excellent minerality, lemon and green apples.
