    This wine is a brilliant light salmon pink colour. Aromas of red summer fruits with watermelon, strawberry, and rose petal overlay with notes of cucumber, red apple skin, and honeysuckle. Pink and red fruits. of watermelon, raspberry, and wild strawberries burst through the palate. Medium weight with a juicy but creamy balance. Notes of minerality and salinity highlight the maritime influence from the nearby ocean.
