Tom and Sally Belford are pioneers of the natural wine movement in the Yarra Valley. Using fruit from their own vineyards and selected sites from across the valley, their gentle, lo-fi wines have developed quite a cult following.
Straw yellow. A complex and compact aroma, citrus blossom, almond meal, honeydew melon, barely ripe white nectarine, sourdough and dried pineapple. The palate is fresh, linear and intense, all pithy citrus, blanched almond and a mineral water texture.
