Kent Street Cellars Gift Card Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase, activation, and use of Kent Street Cellars Gift Cards, including both physical and digital (eGift) cards. By purchasing or using a Kent Street Cellars Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Purchasing a Gift Card
eGift Cards can be purchased online at kentstreetcellars.com.au.
Physical Gift Cards may be available through selected retail or promotional channels.
Gift Cards are issued in Australian dollars and cannot be purchased using other gift cards, store credit, or buy now, pay later services.
The minimum load amount is $20 and the maximum is $500 per card.
Activation & Expiry
Gift Cards are activated at the time of purchase.
All Gift Cards are valid for 36 months (3 years) from the date of issue.
After the expiry date, any unused balance is forfeited and cannot be refunded.
Redemption
Gift Cards can be redeemed online at kentstreetcellars.com.au for delivery within Australia. To redeem, enter your Gift Card number and Access PIN at checkout.
Only one Gift Card can be used per transaction.
If your order total exceeds the balance of the Gift Card, the difference must be paid using another accepted payment method.
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be used for items we are prohibited from selling by law (e.g. without valid age verification).
Balance Enquiries
You can check your Gift Card balance online via our secure balance check portal or by contacting our customer service team at support@kentstreetcellars.com.au.
You may need your Gift Card number and PIN to access your balance.
Lost or Stolen Cards
Treat your Gift Card like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced or refunded.
Kent Street Cellars is not responsible for unauthorised use of a Gift Card.
Returns & Refunds
Products purchased with a Gift Card are subject to our standard returns policy.
Refunds for returned items will be processed back to the original Gift Card or, where appropriate, a new card will be issued.
Gift Cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash unless required by law.
Limitations
Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, used to purchase other gift cards, or used with third-party payment providers.
Remaining balances cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.
Errors, Faults & Assistance
If you believe there has been an error with your Gift Card or if it is faulty due to a technical issue, please contact our customer service team at support@kentstreetcellars.com.au.
Privacy
By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to the handling of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Where applicable, your details may be securely shared with our third-party gift card provider to facilitate balance enquiries and redemption.
Amendments
Kent Street Cellars may update these terms at any time. The current version is always available on our website.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
