Handpicked in early April, the fruit was carefully handled and transferred to Yabby Lake’s winery under climate-controlled conditions. The wine underwent fermentation in 500L French oak barrels, with 20% of the barrels being new to impart subtle complexity. The resulting wine is a vibrant, textured Chardonnay, with aromas of citrus blossom, orchard fruits, and a touch of struck match.
