      The barrels used for the The Milk & Honey Distillery Elements Red Wine Cask Single Malt Israeli Whisky were sourced from Israel's finest wineries. Variety of soil types, hot sunny days followed by cool nights in the Mediterranean climate bring a unique and spicy flavour to Israeli wine, and in turn, to the casks. The wine barrels used in this whisky celebrate the local terroir. 

      The resulting whisky has aromas of red dried fruits, oak, ginger and coconut. A light bodied palate with wine flavours coating the mouth. Along with subtle vanilla and oak notes followed by gentle floral blossoms. A medium finish with dried fruits and wine lingering.
