Suntory 1991 Furudaru Shiage is a follow up to the Suntory1981 Kioke Shikomi. Furudaru Shiage translates to 'old barrel finish'. It is a pure malt vatting of reportedly Yamazaki & Hakushu distilleries. The distillation technique seems to have involved the direct fire method and bamboo charcoal filtration.
