Suntory -196 (Minus 196) is a ready-to-drink alcoholic beverage with EXTREME Japanese origins.
Made using real fruit blended with Shochu, Vodka and Soda. We use Suntory’s Proprietary Freeze Crush Infusion Technology™ (FCI), which involves freezing and crushing real fruit AN EXTREME MINUS 196°C to capture every bit of all natural, bold fruit flavour.
The process begins with carefully selected fullest, juiciest fruits around. They put the whole fruit to use, from skin to seed, so no flavour goes to waste. Then it gets sciency. The fruit is submerged in liquid nitrogen and flash frozen at an extreme -196 degrees Celsius, capturing every drop of natural flavour. For the grand finale, the frozen fruit is crushed into smithereens and the powder is infused into the spirit for a full flavour hit. No compromises.
