From Australia's most awarded whisky distillery comes a new Brandy and collaboration with the Ramblin Rascal Tavern. The story goes that on a stormy night in Sydney, a man from Van Diemen's Land sidled up to the bar with a treasure - a few drops of rare Tasmanian Brandy produced by Sullivans Cove. Besotted with the rich liquid they cried "We must have it!". Together they created a blended batch benefiting the Ramil's Rascal way
The result is a robust, burly spirit with a long finish and creamy texture with a zing at the end packing a punch with flavours of raisin and oaky, rich spice.
