This range represents the distillery's distinct spirit character in its purest form.

      Founded in 1994 in Hobart, Tasmania, Sullivans Cove Distillery has established itself as a pioneer in the world of single malt whisky.       NOSE
      Milk Chocolate, Deep Vanilla, Fig Jam

      Coconut and Bounty bar notes meld seamlessly with Swiss milk chocolate, creating an indulgent sweetness. Full, almost syrupy, balanced by an umami note reminiscent of a stock cube, subtly countering the sweetness with a touch of saltiness.

      PALATE
      Jammy Notes, White Choc & Buttery Shortbread

      Excellent body and a velvety texture, carrying the sweet and jammy notes from the nose. The sweetness is enhanced by white chocolate and buttery shortbread, with sugared almonds adding a nutty touch. A bright burst of orange blossom water in the corners brings a lively, floral note.

      FINISH
      Velvety, Clove, Sticky Date Pudding

      The velvet texture continues seamlessly. The finish is rounded out with rich, browned sugars, evoking sticky date pudding and treacle.
