      Sullivans Cove French Oak Ex-Tawny Cask TD0196 is part of the distillery’s most iconic lineage—the very series that placed Australian whisky on the global map. Distilled using 100% Tasmanian malted barley and matured in a single 300L French oak cask seasoned with Australian tawny, TD0196 is a singular expression of the house style that won “World’s Best Single Malt” in 2014.

      Matured in the cool, maritime climate of Hobart, this release reflects both time and craft. The French oak imparts deep, spicy tannins while the fortified wine seasoning adds luscious notes of dark fruit, cocoa and toasted nuts. Double distilled in Myrtle, Sullivans Cove’s bespoke copper pot still, this whisky is shaped by countless small decisions—each one amplifying the complexity within.

      Every cask in the French Oak series is a one-off. TD0196 is no exception—bold, richly textured, and unmistakably Sullivans.
