First introduced in 2018, this series allows Sullivans Cove to showcase whisky that falls outside the core French and American Oak releases, while still staying true to the distillery’s slow, precise craft.

      TD0462 is a rare American Oak Refill cask—rather than ageing in ex-bourbon barrels sourced from the U.S., this whisky matured in a cask previously used for an older batch of Sullivans Cove single malt. The result is a more delicate oak influence, allowing the spirit’s natural character to shine through with subtle complexity and balance.

      Expect a lighter touch of vanilla and spice, layered with soft fruit and malt sweetness. Unique among Sullivans Cove’s offerings, this release speaks to the evolving artistry of Tasmania’s most revered distillery.
