Distilled in May 2001 and bottled in 2021, this single cask release is drawn from American oak ex-bourbon cask HH0618, with only 203 bottles produced—each a rare glimpse into long-aged Tasmanian whisky.

      The cool, coastal air of Hobart shaped this whisky over nearly two decades, producing a refined spirit that balances richness with clarity. Expect layers of vanilla bean, caramelised pear and soft baking spices, all tied together by polished oak and a firm, textural backbone. Bottled at 48.8% ABV, HH0618 is a confident and contemplative dram—pure, natural, and non-chill filtered.
