Sullivans Cove Old & Rare HH0108 is an 18-year-old single malt drawn from a solitary American oak ex-bourbon cask—filled in December 1999 and decanted in May 2018. Just 215 bottles were produced, each one a unique expression of Tasmania’s slow, meticulous whisky craft.
Over nearly two decades, Tasmania’s cool maritime air coaxed deep character from the cask, resulting in a whisky of richness and restraint. Vanilla, caramel, and baked stone fruit define the core profile, underpinned by mature oak spice and a supple, textural mouthfeel. Bottled at 48% ABV, HH0108 walks the line between elegance and intensity.
