      Sullivans Cove Old & Rare HH0107 is a whisky of rare provenance and exceptional depth. Distilled in December 1999 and bottled in June 2018, this 18-year-old single malt spent its entire maturation in a single American oak ex-bourbon cask. Only 208 bottles were drawn, each hand-numbered—a snapshot of Tasmanian whisky at its most refined.

      This long-aged release reflects the unique alchemy of place, time, and patience. Tasmania’s cool maritime climate tempers the oak influence, allowing the whisky to retain its vibrancy while developing profound complexity. Expect waves of vanilla bean, caramelised stone fruit, and seasoned oak, delivered with soft power and remarkable clarity at 47.4% ABV.
