Bottled in 2020, this 428-bottle release is drawn from a single American oak cask that had already housed an earlier Sullivans Cove whisky—bringing refinement and complexity over bombast.

      Made entirely from Tasmanian malted barley, distilled in the famed pot still “Myrtle,” and matured in Hobart’s unique coastal climate, TD0089 captures the signature Sullivans Cove style—only with a softer edge. Expect warm vanilla, bright stone fruit and elegant florals, layered with fine oak tannin and an unmistakable malt-driven core.

      This is the most awarded style in the distillery’s line-up for good reason. A whisky of quiet depth and rare individuality—made for those who appreciate nuance over noise.
