      Spring Bay whiskies are hand crafted by the sea on the East Coast of Tasmania. They are produced using on the finest ingredients including locally sourced rain water and premium Tasmanian barley. The barrels are exposed to seas mist from the nearby Spring Bay. The name derived from the majestic 1500 acre sheep station just south of the distillery. Rheban overlooks Maria Island and a beach of the same name.

      This whisky is a limited edition bottling produced for Tasmanian Whisky Week. A marriage of 6 Spanish Sherry PX cask maturations. To the eye, this whisky has a dark copper colour. Aromas of fruit mince pies, raisins and sweet tobacco. A viscous, syrupy caramel palate with deep fruit sweetness with some hints of pantry spices Delicious long and sweet treacle finish, old oak and malt biscuits
