Polmos Spirytus Rektykiowany Polish Pure Spirit is a highly concentrated spirit, purified by many distillations. This product is a pure spirit as it is distilled to slightly above 95% (190 proof). Rectified spirits such as this are used in the production of liqueurs, diluted in mixed drinks, for medicinal purposes, and as a household solvent. This extraordinarily strong spirit needs to be treated with respect so use it sparingly and thoughtfully.
It is a product of very high purity. Produced from raw materials grown and processed exclusively in Poland.

The Spirit Industry Company "Polmos" in Warsaw, as a joint-stock company, began its operations on March 1, 2003 as a result of direct privatisation of the state-owned enterprise. However, the company's roots go much deeper, to the interwar period, or more precisely to the years 1918 - 1924, when the State Spirit Monopoly was established. Today, it can be safely said that POLMOS w Warszawie SA operates on the Polish market as its heir, continuing the long tradition of the Polish spirits industry.
The plant is equipped with modern bottling equipment with a full capacity range from 50 ml to 1,750 ml, including a water treatment plant drawn from its own deep well. The production capacity of the plant exceeds 4 million liters per year. Vodkas produced in this factory, are according to their own recipes, have a unique, mild and harmonised taste, which making it popular on both the Polish and foreign markets.
Since 1987, when the Polish government decided to grant Polmos a license for direct export of Polish alcoholic products, POLMOS w Warszawie SA has been exporting alcoholic products to many countries around the world on an exclusive basis. Our main foreign customers are the United States of America, Japan, Canada, Taiwan and Australia.
Distillation:
Made from ethyl alcohol of agricultural grain origin purified according to the latest technology, the so-called hydroselection methods. Hydro selection is a method used to refine the distillation process by selectively collecting fractions that contribute to the desired quality and composition of the distilled product. This process helps in achieving desired characteristics in the final product, such as purity, flavour profile, and alcohol content. Polmos Spirytus Rektykiowany Polish Pure Spirit is used, among others, for home-made fruit and herbal tinctures, vodkas, liqueurs, as well as for cakes and medicinal purposes.
