      The craft of Plymouth Gin began back in 1793. The Black Friar’s building of the distillery dates back to the early 1400s and is one of the oldest buildings in Plymouth England, protected as a precious national monument. It is now also an important centre of excellence for gin cocktail making.

      Plymouth Sloe Gin is a quintessentially English drink made from gin (grain and botanical distillate), water, sugar and the juice and extract of sloe berries. Sloe berries grow all over Europe but there’s something in the Devonshire hedgerows that sets the Plymouth variety apart. This gin. won. Silver at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2022 proving its high quality. Scents of mellow sloes, sweet cherries and a hint of almond are present in this drink. It is full, smooth and sweet, with just the right touch of acidity leaving you with a long, fresh and fruity finish.
