Product Description:
Defined by freshness and precision, this Saint-Aubin shows Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey at his most assured. Sourced from a blend of parcels including Le Banc, the 2023 village bottling covers just over 1.6 hectares, with vines of varying ages rooted in the limestone-rich soils of the Côte de Beaune.
Whole-bunch pressing, natural fermentations and élevage in larger 350-litre barrels give the wine lift and detail rather than weight. The 2023 vintage is marked by clarity and fine edges, with a line of acidity that will benefit from a few years of cellaring. Best drinking is expected from 2027 through to 2030.
