An eye to modern styles paired with traditional winemaking techniques allows Pepperjack to create wines synonymous with the regions they are from. Rich, honest wines showcasing these regions in their most natural light.
The Pepperjack Malbec 2020 vintage is a deep dense red colour with aroms of spice, ripe blueberries, violets, and hints of chocolate. Raspberries, redcurrants, and Satsuma plums flow across the palate with dine silky tannins with finesse and balance.
Winemaker, Richard Mattner, travelled to Mendoza, Argentina to source the grapes – ensuring the Pepperjack style and quality was not going to be compromised.
