Two of Australia's most enduring red wine expressions, together in one collection. Grange and St Henri represent opposite poles of the Penfolds philosophy. One is a monument to new American oak and concentrated multi-district power; the other is a study in restraint, texture and fruit purity untouched by new wood. Between them, they tell the full story of what Shiraz can be in South Australian hands.
This bundle includes the Penfolds Bin 95 Grange Shiraz 2017, Penfolds Bin 95 Grange Shiraz 2021, and four bottles of Penfolds St Henri Shiraz 2019, a rare opportunity to cellar two landmark Grange vintages alongside a wine that has quietly defined its own legacy for over six decades.
What's in the Bundle:
Penfolds Bin 95 Grange Shiraz 2017 A wine of immense depth and regional character, the 2017 Grange draws from Barossa Valley and McLaren Vale to deliver the continental and maritime contrast that defines the blend. Matured for 18 months in 100% new American oak hogsheads, it presents a dense crimson colour alongside aromas of dark chocolate, liquorice, beeswax and sandalwood, with savoury undercurrents of cured meat and olive. The palate is creamy and coating, with supple tannins, ebullient acidity and a ferrous Barossa dustiness that is unmistakably regional. A wine that demands air and time. Drink 2027 to 2060.
Penfolds Bin 95 Grange Shiraz 2021 Already regarded as one of the great modern Grange vintages, the 2021 is a blend of 94% Shiraz and 6% Cabernet Sauvignon from Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale and Clare Valley, matured in 100% new American oak hogsheads. Ideal growing conditions produced a wine of commanding depth and surprising finesse, powerful in structure yet precise in its detail. Presented in its signature gift box, this is a wine built for the long haul.
Penfolds St Henri Shiraz 2019 (x4) St Henri takes a deliberately different path. No new oak, just 12 months in large-format seasoned vats that allow the fruit to speak without interference. The result is a sophisticated, dark-fruited Shiraz with a slinky texture and a finish that seems to extend indefinitely. Rich and plush in youth, it develops soft mocha and earthy complexity with age, remaining one of Australia's most distinctive expressions of the variety.

Penfolds has been a pioneer in the world of winemaking since its establishment in 1844 by Dr. Christopher and Mary Penfold. The company's success has been driven by a lineage of visionary winemakers who have pushed the development of the company to extraordinary, bold new heights. Mary Penfold's reign at the helm of Penfolds saw years of determination and endeavour, experimenting with new methods in wine production. In 1948, Max Schubert became the company's first Chief Winemaker and he propelled Penfolds onto the global stage with his experimentation of long-lasting wines - the creation of Penfolds Grange in the 1950s. Soon, the medals began flowing, and Grange quickly became one of the most revered wines around the world. In 2012, Penfolds released its most innovative project to date - 12 handcrafted ampoules of the rare 2004 Kalimna Block Cabernet Sauvignon. Today, Penfolds continues to hold dear the philosophies and legends that have driven the company's success since its establishment in 1844.
At Penfolds, winemaking is not just about producing wine; it is about creating something extraordinary that endures. The philosophy behind Penfolds is grounded in a balance between tradition and innovation. Every bottle is a reflection of this philosophy, blending the art of winemaking with scientific precision and modern technology. Penfolds’ commitment to quality has seen generations of winemakers continually refine their craft, while their constant curiosity drives them to experiment and explore new possibilities. Penfolds wines are a celebration of the unique Australian terroir, harnessing the country’s diverse regions to produce wines of exceptional character and complexity.
Penfolds’ philosophy extends beyond just the winemaking process—it’s about creating wines that can be enjoyed today or cellared for future generations. With a focus on balance, structure, and depth, every bottle is designed to stand the test of time. Whether it’s a rich, full-bodied red or a crisp, elegant white, Penfolds wines are crafted to bring people together, to inspire conversations, and to be savoured and shared. Their ability to evolve and adapt, while maintaining a consistent commitment to quality, has solidified Penfolds as one of the world’s most respected and celebrated winemakers.
