      One of the jewels of Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula wine region, Paringa Estate, consistently prodcues some of the nation’s leading examples of Pinot Noir, Shiraz and Chardonnay. At Paringa, they source fruit for this wine from their estate managed vineyards in Red Hill, and from a few other carefully selected vineyards around the Peninsula. These wines are an exceptional expression of the Mornington Peninsula style, with the emphasis on lively fruit.

      Paringa Estate Peninsula Shiraz is a delicious cool climate shiraz has aromas of blackberry, black pepper and spice, which lead onto a luscious palate, with fine grained tannins, dark fruit flavours, and a firm dry finish. 

      All the Paringa Estate wines are so neat; so well grown and made. This is centred with cherry-plum flavour but the edges toss peppercorn, deli meat, apricot skin and cedar characters into the mix, and in the most engaging of ways. - Campbell Mattinson, The Winefront
