Okayama Rice Shochu Wild Breeze 720ml

Okayama Rice Shochu Wild Breeze is distilled from Japanese Koji rice and agen in a mixture of refill-shochu and virgin-oak barrels resulting in a woody, rounded and mellow profile. It comes packaged in Mino pottery from the famous Mino Province in the Gifu Prefecture.

The nose has aromas of wild berries, melon skins, stonefruits, rice wine and plenty of oak. A creamy mouth-feel palate with subtle hints of stone fruit, wood chips, summer berries and straw. The finish is long and luxurious with lingering oak, rice wine, ovveripe-peach and Cream Apera, a final note like good cachaça or Rhum Agricole.
