Product Description
Mineral, dry and quietly complex from one of Blewitt Springs’ most distinctive vineyards. The 2025 MMAD Rosé is built from old vines planted as far back as 1939, grown in deep Maslin sands dotted with ironstone at Blewitt Springs. A field blend of Grenache, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chenin Blanc reflects the site’s mixed plantings and its heritage as one of McLaren Vale’s original vineyards.
Harvested by hand and fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel, with a portion matured in neutral oak, the wine balances clarity and texture. The 2025 vintage brought a long, moderate season, delivering fruit with freshness, perfume and natural poise. The result is a finely made, bone-dry rosé that shows both red fruit brightness and a savoury, saline finish.
