Minuty M Côtes de Provence Rosé 2025 is the signature rosé of Château Minuty, one of Provence’s most respected estates and a benchmark producer of elegant Mediterranean rosé wines. Crafted from a carefully selected blend dominated by Grenache, alongside Syrah, Cinsault and a small proportion of Tibouren, it captures the fresh and vibrant character that has made Minuty famous worldwide. The fruit is sourced from selected vineyard parcels across the Côtes de Provence appellation, benefiting from the region’s sunny climate and maritime influences. Harvesting is carried out with great attention to preserving freshness and aromatic purity, followed by gentle pressing and cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks. This meticulous approach allows the wine to retain its bright fruit expression and refined texture.
The 2025 vintage delivers the classic Minuty style of immediacy, elegance and drinkability. Aromas of red berries, citrus and white-fleshed fruits emerge from the glass with remarkable freshness and precision.
