      Metaxa Grande Fine Collector’s Edition is a luxurious Greek spirit that pays tribute to the culture, craftsmanship and artistic heritage of Greece. Produced by the House of Metaxa, a historic producer founded in 1888, this limited-edition release combines aged wine distillates, sweet Muscat wines from the island of Samos and a secret selection of Mediterranean botanicals. The result is a uniquely smooth and aromatic spirit that occupies a distinctive space between brandy and liqueur. Presented in an eye-catching porcelain decanter, this Collector’s Edition was designed by renowned Greek street artist Cacao Rocks, whose artwork draws inspiration from Cycladic architecture, mythology and the colours of the Aegean Sea. The bottle itself is intended as both a collectible artwork and a celebration of contemporary Greek creativity. 

      The blend contains one of the highest proportions of Samos Muscat wine used in the Metaxa range, contributing richness, floral complexity and natural sweetness. Carefully matured and married with fine wine distillates and botanicals, it develops a layered character that balances fruit, spice and oak influence. Aromatically expressive and elegantly structured, it reveals notes of dried fruits, nuts, honey and sweet spices. The palate is velvety and full-bodied, delivering flavours of honeyed fruit, nutmeg and gentle oak. A long, mellow finish completes the experience, making it ideal for sipping neat or over ice.
