Lake's Folly's main production is focused on two wines, Chardonnay and Cabernet Blends which consistently rate in the best of their type in Australia. Their wines are single-site grown, vintaged and made on the Estate.
Lake's Folly Chardonnay 2019 vintage was produced from estate-grown, low yielding fruit. Minerality and stone fruits are displayed at the forefront of this wine, followed by tropical fruits, hints of vanilla bean, and passionfruit. The stone fruits again dominate on the palate, joined with richness and complexity of the fruit. A classy and classic style of Lake's Folly Chardonnay, reminiscent of Burgundy wine.
