      Killara Distillery is owned and operated by Kristy Booth-Lark, daughter of Aussie whisky guru, Bill Lark. Kristy was previously Head Distiller, and General Manager at Lark. A one woman band and champion of women in distilling, Kristy has also founded the Australian Women in Distilling Association. 

      Killara Distillery Ex Shiraz Cask Strength Single Malt Whisky 500ml (KD56) is bottled at cask strength (61%) from a 100 litre ex Shiraz cask with only 102 bottles made. 

      Rich smooth malty characteristics come from the barely, followed by a hint of oak from the barrel. Dried orange coated in dark chocolate, hints of spice with a creamy texture you can chew on all afternoon. Great mouth coverage with a nice long finish.
