Aged Tsipouro is a Greek spirit made from grape pomace, the leftover skins, pulp, and seeds from winemaking. It is typically distilled twice and then aged in oak barrels for several months to several years. This gives Aged Tsipouro a smooth, complex flavour with notes of vanilla, oak, and fruit.
Bright amber color combining chocolate and white flowers aromas. On the palate it reveals crispy plums, roasted almonds with a fresh vanilla aftertaste. This is a special spirit coming from the triple distillation of Tyrnavos Muscat grapes and it is aged for three years in French oak barrels. Aged Tsipouro is a versatile spirit that can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or mixed in cocktails. It is also a popular ingredient in Greek cuisine, often used in marinades, sauces, and desserts.

Nikolaos Katsaros’s cauldron of raki created a spirit of exceptional taste and unique aroma, that spirit ouzo. The original recipe that created the Ouzo Katsaros is a closely guarded family secret. Comprised of 14 herbs and seeds, cut with the crystal clear water of Olympus.

It all began with Nikolaos Katsaros, who inherited a copper still and innovatively mastered the art of distillation, creating Greece's beloved "national drink," known to the rest of us as Ouzo Tirnavou. The proprietary 6000sqm facilities is well equipped, combining tradition with technology. State of the art tanks, automated bottling line and production capacity of 2,000 bottles per hour. All made with expertise and knowledge with the sole purpose of producing absolutely high quality spirits.
