The Grosset Polish Hill Riesling 2019 contains subtle but distinct floral aromas of lemon and lime blossom, and violets and lavender. This varies from the shyness and restraint of many of the Polish Hill Riesling. The intensity of the juicy lime flavours and fine linear structure is more dramatic and overtly tight than most other wines. It is powerful, multi-layered, richly concentrated and has an immediacy on release. This wine is bone dry with a powerful and persistent length.
