      This is Ghost Rock Supernatural Summer Skins: a perfect wine for picnics, parties on the deck, and all things summer. A red wine for the fridge, it's a blend of skin contact Riesling, skin contact Pinot Gris, and a Pinot Noir/Pinot Gris co-fermentation. Matured in old oak. Unfined and unfiltered.

      Excellent on its own or paired with a charcuterie board, the nose boasts pink grapefruit, sour cherry, candied orange peel, and raspberries. Bright red fruits on the palate play with a hint of delicate tannin from the skins. The palate is fruit front & centre with lovely phenolics wrapping around the palate. Unfiltered, and full of texture, this wine is quaffable & crushable.
