A classic blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle forms the backbone, crafted in the estate’s traditional Cœur de Grain style that emphasises purity, finesse and aromatic precision. Gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation maintain clarity of fruit while careful élevage on fine lees provides subtle texture.
