Elegant and vibrantly expressive, Domaine Meo-Camuzet Frère et Soeur Chambolle-Musigny 2023 is a finely detailed village-level Pinot Noir that captures the hallmark finesse of this revered Côte de Nuits appellation. Sourced from carefully tended vineyards within Chambolle-Musigny, the wine reflects limestone-rich soils that favour perfume, precision and supple texture over sheer power.
The 2023 vintage brings clarity and freshness, allowing the wine’s aromatic profile to emerge with purity and lift. In the glass, it shows a bright ruby-purple hue that hints at both energy and refinement. The nose is expressive yet restrained, opening with red and blue fruits supported by gentle spice and subtle earthy undertones. On the palate, the wine is poised and harmonious, driven by lively acidity and framed by fine-grained, silky tannins. Fruit expression remains vivid and transparent, giving the wine an effortless sense of balance. Careful élevage preserves freshness while adding quiet structure, ensuring oak remains in the background.
This Chambolle-Musigny is approachable in its youth but carries the finesse and inner tension to develop gracefully over the medium term, offering a classic and polished expression of the Méo-Camuzet style.

Subtle and finely perfumed, showing red and blue fruit with a silky texture and lively acidity. The balance and precision are impressive, with a refined structure that carries through the finish. A poised and promising Chambolle-Musigny.
Domaine Méo-Camuzet is guided today by Jean-Nicolas Méo, the third generation of his family to shape the estate’s destiny. Although the Méo family had owned vineyards for years, it was Jean-Nicolas who truly transformed the domaine by taking over its operations in the late 1980s, after completing studies in oenology and economics and returning to Vosne-Romanée to immerse himself in winemaking. Before his arrival, most of the vineyards were farmed and the grapes sold to négociants, but Jean-Nicolas shifted the focus toward estate-bottled wines, elevating both the identity and quality of Méo-Camuzet’s output. Early in his career, he was mentored by the legendary Burgundian winemaker Henri Jayer, whose deep understanding of terroir and precise techniques left a lasting imprint on Jean-Nicolas’s approach. Under his leadership, the domaine grew to encompass some of Burgundy’s most prestigious vineyards in Vosne-Romanée, Nuits-Saint-Georges, Corton, and Clos de Vougeot, producing wines that are both powerful and elegant. Jean-Nicolas’s talent, passion, and commitment have earned Méo-Camuzet a reputation as one of Burgundy’s most respected producers, with critics and collectors around the world seeking out its wines. Today he continues to balance tradition with thoughtful innovation, maintaining close attention to detail in both the vineyards and the cellar while guiding the estate into the future.

Aromas of red cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry layered with hints of blue fruit, soft spice, dried flowers and a subtle earthy nuance.
Focused red fruit flavours glide across the palate, supported by vibrant acidity, fine tannins and a delicate mineral thread that adds definition and lift.
A persistent, elegant finish marked by fruit purity, gentle spice and a refined, mineral-tinged close.
