      Jean Dauvissat

      Domaine Jean Dauvissat is a family-owned estate that has been producing exceptional wines since the 1950s. Founded by Alphonse Dauvissat, the estate is now run by Fabien Dauvissat, who joined the domaine in 2009 and has since focused on elevating their winemaking practices. The estate spans over 23 hectares across seven communes in the Chablis region, including the prized Montmains vineyard. Fabien's commitment to quality is evident in every aspect of the production process, from organic viticulture to the careful manual harvesting of grapes.
