Cullen Wines Flower Day Vanya Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

Cullen Wines respectfully acknowledges the Wadandi people, past and present, traditional custodians of the land on which the wine was grown. The grapes for this wine were handpicked, sorted, and destemmed on a flower day in early March. The wines grown on these ancient soils are certified biodynamic, carbon positive, and naturally powered. 

100% cabernet sauvignon picked on a flower day from Block 2. On skins in amphora for 56 days. Matured in 100% new Taransaud puncheons for 5 months. Unusual for a premium cabernet to spend so little time in oak, but once the wine is in the mouth, the Tardis of fruit on the core of the palate reveals a pedigree that defies comprehension and hyperbole. Supple, layered and ridiculously long, this is as close to a spiritual experience as wine can take us. Utterly thought-provoking, speech-stopping cabernet.
