Volume four of the beautifully presented explorer series this particular expression has been matured for 23 years in ex Sherry Puncheons sourced directly from Portugal.
This is an apple pie lover's dream. Aromas of buttery sweet pastry, baked apple and raisins are reminiscent of fresh apple strudel. Flavours of more apple along with baking spices and mocha notes lead to a finish of warm cinnamon and more stewed apple goodness.
