      Two casks, one extraordinary result.
Sullivans Cove Double Cask DC118 is a masterclass in balance and complexity—an intricate blend of French and American oak-matured whiskies ranging in age from 6 to 18 years. Crafted by Distillery Manager Heather Tillott and the Sensory Team, this release exemplifies the depth and detail that define Sullivans Cove's approach to small-batch whisky making.

DC118 combines the richness and structure of French oak with the soft sweetness and lift of American oak. The result is a whisky of layered nuance—floral, nutty, herbal and fruit-driven—with seamless transitions between sweet, savoury and spiced elements. From ginger beer and chestnuts to tropical fruit, shortbread and saline minerality, this is a whisky that rewards both exploration and contemplation.

Bottled at 46% ABV, DC118 is one of the largest releases in the Rare Collection, with 1,115 bottles produced—each one an invitation to experience Sullivans Cove’s blending artistry at its peak.
