      The name for the Pasqua 11 Minutes Rosé comes from the 11 minutes of skin contact time this wine goes through with the noblest parts of the grapes and the slight rosy tones that characterise this wine are extracted. After the must is obtained, it is cooled and moved to a steel tank where it will stay for about 11 hours.

      A blend of Corvina, Trebbiano di Lugana, Syrah, Carménère. The Coravina provides floral aromas and acidity. Trebbiano brings length and elegance. Syrah provides spicy and fruity notes. Lastly the Carménère gives the wine structure, guaranteeing its stability over time. It is a fresh and enveloping rosé, with an intense and complex bouquet, designed to accompany spring or summer evenings, but not only.
