      Founded in the mid-20th century on the Saint-Tropez peninsula, Château Minuty stands today as one of the most distinguished family-owned estates in the Côtes de Provence. Now led by Jean-Etienne and François Matton, fourth-generation custodians of the estate, Minuty carries forward a legacy built on meticulous viticulture, artisanal winemaking, and an unwavering devotion to the Provençal way of life.

      The estate encompasses over 200 hectares of vineyards, gracefully spread across the hillsides of Gassin, Ramatuelle, and Vidauban, overlooking the azure Gulf of Saint-Tropez. This prime location—where sea breezes, schist and limestone soils, and generous Mediterranean sunlight converge—forms the foundation of Minuty’s signature style: luminous, vibrant, and delicately expressive rosés.

      Minuty is among the last remaining estates in Provence where all grapes are harvested entirely by hand, ensuring only the most pristine fruit reaches the cellar. This hands-on approach extends from vine to bottle, reflecting a devotion to authenticity and craftsmanship. Under the Matton family’s guidance, the estate has embraced modern precision while preserving the timeless savoir-faire that has defined Minuty for generations.
