      Yarra Yering Dry Red Wine No. 1 2017 vintage is a fruit forward wine. The background has an herbal lift with dark berry fruits and sage. There are hints of oak spice but is balanced well with the fruit. The palate shows both restraint and power at the same time paired with a velvet glove. A solid foundation for a long future is driven by beautiful fruit, bright acid, and tannins. Brooding but not intimidating, this will be exciting to watch evolve.

      With proper cellaring conditions this wine will evolve for 20 plus years.
