Applewood Bush Apple Gin 500ml

Adelaide Hills distillery (founded by Laura & Brendan Carter from lo-fi winery Unico Zelo) Applewood are crafting uniquely Australian spirits and liqueurs heavily focussed on using native local ingredients. Working with artisans who farm sustainably and work in harmony with nature, Applewood are telling the story of the history of Australia and the indigenous custodians of the land in a delicious, interesting and innovative way.

The bush apples for this limited edition gin from Applewood were sourced from the Northern Territory. The scent of these apples are heightened with pomegranate and contrasted with clove spice from riberries. A crisp and refreshing Australian gin.

45ml bush apple gin
15/20ml light red wine
10ml lavender tea
15ml white verjus
10ml sugar

Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into chilled nick and nora glass.
