View full detailsBlanco Tequila is agave in its purest form. Bottled straight after distillation or rested briefly in stainless steel, it shows bright citrus, pepper and mineral lift with the clean, vibrant flavour of blue agave. We prioritise 100 percent agave bottlings for clarity and authenticity.
We curate a broad spectrum of blanco styles from both iconic houses and artisan producers, chosen for transparency, craft and flavour clarity. Look for favourites and limited editions from Clase Azul, Teremana, Fortaleza, Don Julio, Patrón, Espolòn, Olmeca Altos, Cincoro, Cenote, Volcan De Mi Tierra, Casamigos, Mijenta, Herradura, Satryna and Pādre Azul. Availability changes with season and demand.
Also called plata or silver, blanco is typically unaged, though some producers rest the spirit in neutral vessels for up to sixty days. With little to no oak influence, the flavours centre on fresh agave, citrus, white pepper and saline detail.
Expect aromas of cooked agave, lime zest and light herbs, a crisp and dry palate with mineral snap and subtle sweetness, and a clean, refreshing finish. Blanco begins with mature blue Weber agave that is cooked to convert inulin to sugars, then crushed and fermented. Copper pot or column distillation concentrates flavour and purity before bottling, often soon after, or after a brief rest in stainless steel for integration.
Keep the spirit front and centre with fresh citrus and clear ice. Enjoy neat at room temperature or lightly chilled. Pair blanco with ceviche, oysters, grilled prawns and fresh tacos. Its bright profile shines in clean highballs and zesty sours.

Value standouts
Blanco is generally unaged. Some producers rest it in stainless steel or other neutral vessels for a short period to integrate flavours.
All fermentable sugars come from agave rather than other sources. It is the benchmark for purity and a clear agave profile.
Choose a quality 100 percent agave blanco with bright citrus and pepper. Classics from Herradura, Don Julio, Patrón, Espolòn and Olmeca Altos are reliable, while premium options like Fortaleza and Mijenta deliver extra character.
Highland blancos tend to be rounder and more floral. Lowland blancos are often drier, more mineral and pepper driven. Both styles offer excellent options.
No. Cristalino is usually an aged tequila that has been filtered to appear clear. It is not a category of blanco.
Keep bottles upright in a cool, dark place and seal tightly after opening. For peak freshness, enjoy within a year of opening.
