    AIX Rosé is born from a unique blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault grapes, each hand-selected to contribute their distinct character. The estate's 50-60 year old Grenache vines provide the foundation, while younger vines add a touch of freshness. This meticulous selection and blending process, combined with state-of-the-art equipment and expertise, results in a wine of remarkable balance and finesse.

    Provence provides the ideal canvas for AIX Rosé. With 300 days of sunshine, mineral-rich soils, and the cooling Mistral winds, the vineyards flourish in this picturesque setting. Notably, Maison Saint Aix sits high above sea level, one of the highest estates in the AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation. This unique elevation offers cooler nights and a stronger Mistral effect, ensuring optimal grape health.
