The estate's 50-60 year old Grenache vines provide the foundation, while younger vines add a touch of freshness. Notably, Maison Saint Aix sits high above sea level, one of the highest estates in the AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation. This unique elevation offers cooler nights and a stronger Mistral effect, ensuring optimal grape health.
