AIX Rosé is born from a unique blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault grapes, each hand-selected to contribute their distinct character. The estate's 50-60 year old Grenache vines provide the foundation, while younger vines add a touch of freshness. This meticulous selection and blending process, combined with state-of-the-art equipment and expertise, results in a wine of remarkable balance and finesse.

Notably, Maison Saint Aix sits high above sea level, one of the highest estates in the AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation. This unique elevation offers cooler nights and a stronger Mistral effect, ensuring optimal grape health.
