      Hobart Whisky (their distillery is actually named Devil’s Distillery) are producing some of our favourite Australian whiskies currently with innovation married with tradition leading to some wonderful unique expressions. July 2020 sees the first release in their ‘signature series’ - S-001. The ethos behind this range is to use a selection of carefully selected small format ex-bourbon casks to create some unique expressions of the house style. A satisfying light ex-bourbon cask single malt that delights with a solid malty foundation, some gentle spice and a long, complex finish. Just 229 bottles made, bottled to a robust ABV of 48.5%
